DON MAZZELLA- SMALL BUSINESS DIGEST,  He currently oversees an Internet publication network with more than 4.5 million opt-in small business readers and healthcare industry stakeholders.  As a reporter, he has covered national and international events. He has held senior-level positions at McGraw-Hill, Thomson, Essence Communications. At Essence, his publication Income Opportunities won the National Press Club award for the best consumer magazine.

Elizabeth Mackay is a Senior Policy Advisor to Lieutenant Governor Guadagno in the Department of State, with specific responsibility for the Red Tape Review initiative and Small Business Advocacy in the Business Action Center.  She was part of the Red Tape transition team and also worked with the State Department transition team and Lieutenant Governor Guadagno to craft the Lieutenant Governor’s position.  Prior to that, Elizabeth worked for New Jersey Attorney General Milgram as the Deputy Director at the Division of Consumer Affairs where she managed approximately 400 employees. 

Sam Gutmann is a software entrepreneur and technologist. He is currently the CIO of the global Import/Export trading company, BassTech International. Prior to BassTech, Sam was the CEO of Intronis, an online (cloud) backup software company which he co-founded in 2003.
Laura Brightsen, Golden Seeds, Managing Director- Laura Brightsen is a Managing Director at Golden Seeds, an investment fund that invests in early stage companies founded or run by women. Laura serves on the board of RuMe, a consumer products brand that brings fashionable eco-friendly products to market. Additionally, Laura is a consultant with a focus on the private equity industry and specializes in conducting research for VC and PE firms on their strategy and reputation.
