Bryan Jenkins, is an evening anchor for News 12 New Jersey. A journalist who's traveled around the world for a story, Bryan has worked as an anchor and reporter in major media markets across the country. His prior assignments includes experience at KABC, KCOP and FOX News Channel out West, and at WTVT/Tampa and WTVJ/Miami in the Southeast.

Valerie Montecalvo, President of Bayshore Recycling. Recycling is a foundation activity toward a
sustainable economy which is desperately needed in recognition of our throwaway society, global
climate change and consumption of energy from fossil fuels. Valerie has dedicated nearly 30 years of
contracting experience toward developing one of the largest, most diversified and vertically integrated
recycling companies in New Jersey and the region. Valerie is also a mother and will share her
balancing acts and growth strategies with us.

Cindy Malinchak- With the foresight and social responsibility that characterizes all her endeavors,
Cindy Malinchak, a follower of “green” technology since the late 70’s, founded Environmentally Based
Green Building in 2009 to reflect that. Armed with a successful career in construction, a bachelor’s in
Business Management from Gannon University, as well as certificates in both Construction
Management and Sustainable Design from NYU, she sensed she could lead the construction industry in
a new direction. She lecturers at Rutgers on how small businesses can implement the growth strategies
she has tested.

Peggy McHale is the Co-founder of Consultants 2 Go® LLC (C2G), an award winning consulting
firm that provides marketing solutions to Fortune 500 companies in the Financial Services, Telecom,
and Life Sciences industries. Peggy is also the co-author of Black and White Strike Gold: Practical
Nuggets to Grow Your Business. She has an MBA in Finance and is devoted to many philanthropic
causes and women’s organizations.

Sandi Webster is a principal of Consultants 2 Go, LLC (C2G) – a certified, minority, women-owned,
marketing and analytics consulting firm that provides hi-level consultants on an interim basis or as an
outsourced project to Fortune 500 companies. C2G is also the virtual marketing department for mid-size
companies. As a former Director of Marketing at American Express, Ms.Webster created winning
segmentation strategies for several new products and developed targeted segmentation and complex
analyses for existing products that allowed creative repositioning in untapped markets.
